excellent stay!
lovely hotel great hall helpful staff fresco paintings
I found this hotel lovely! it is in a great part of town. the restaurant is housed in a magnificent hall. It is decorated with fresco paintings. one person in our group hurt her leg, and the staff were helpful. they provided her with a wheelchair for the duration of the stay.
I found the room's lighting not bright enough, although the location is very central. i also noticed the gym is a bit small. It has only a few cardio machines.

The hotel is located in the city center. I could easily access nearby attractions and services. the bryggen wharf is opposite the hotel, offering a picturesque view and convenient access to local shops. mount floyen is also just a short walk away.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They promptly addressed my inquiries and requests. when a member of our party injured their leg, the staff quickly provided a wheelchair. they ensured she had access to it throughout our stay.

The hotel features a gym with cardio machines and weights, though i felt it was a bit compact. there are several restaurants on-site, including frescohallen. It is known for its beautiful decor. the hotel provides luggage storage after checkout.

The room was well-kept and comfortable. I also appreciated the soundproofing. the standard queen room had modern amenities and ample space for luggage. it was a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring the city.

I enjoyed the excellent location to explore the surrounding area. The staff seemed friendly and helpful . The Frescohallen restaurant had fine ceilings and walls, I thought. The breakfast included a large selection. It was great.

The building was majestic. The hotel sits perfectly. Bryggen is a short walk away, it seemed to me. Wonderful restaurants and stores are nearby. It seemed like it could be easily accessed.

Frescohallen had an beautiful breakfast, I must say. There was a good selection of foods. Dinner seemed worth a visit. The meals I ate were really tasty and fresh.

This location is perfect for exploring. I loved how close it was to the fish market restaurant. The harbor and rail station were also close by. I could easily access other local spots.

the breakfast had a large selection of foods (i especially liked the pastries).
My room lacked usb ports and the power points were inconveniently located near the floor. It felt a bit outdated for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

beautiful dining room really good friendliness central location
The breakfast room was indeed beautiful. The staff demonstrated really good friendliness. I found the location convenient.. right in the heart of everything. The bartenders were also very kind and made wonderful drinks.
The room lacked usb ports. The door did not lock quickly, it took 30 seconds. This was irritating. I travel a lot for business and notice when the simple things are wrong.

The room was big and very comfy. A wonderful shower was in the room, alongside a comfy bed. The rooms are also very well soundproofed to minimise noise.
